CWLO may license or deploy technology developed or owned by SSE under documented agreements — including a designated nonprofit-use pathway for the B.E.A.T. platform — reflecting a clear organizational boundary and licensing relationship, not a shared operational structure. All nonprofit programs, donations, and grant activities are governed independently through CWLO.
